By accessing or using Atlas by Surpreme ("Atlas," "Service," "we," "us"), located at atlas.surpreme.com and operated by Surpreme LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Atlas is an AI-powered website builder that creates, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses. The Service includes website generation, hosting, domain registration, business email, analytics, CRM tools, and related features depending on your subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Atlas. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Atlas offers monthly subscription plans with no long-term contracts:
All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Growth and Business plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to plan features. Your payment method will be charged the monthly subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel your trial at any time from your Studio dashboard.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Studio dashboard or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

Promotional discount codes, when valid, apply to the first month of your subscription only unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied retroactively. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
If your plan includes custom domain registration, the domain is registered on your behalf through our domain provider. Domain registration is subject to the domain registrar's terms and availability. Domain renewals are separate from your subscription and billed annually.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content, images, text, logos, and business information you provide. By using Atlas, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service.
Our Technology: Atlas, including its AI systems, templates, code, design elements, and infrastructure, is the intellectual property of Surpreme LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business website.
Generated Websites: The website content generated by our AI is created for your use. You may use your generated website content freely for your business purposes.
Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate website copy, layouts, and design elements. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content on your website before and after publication. We are not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content.
We aim to provide reliable hosting with reasonable uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Atlas, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Atlas integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, domain services), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surpreme LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surpreme LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
