Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Short Version
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No fees. No hassle. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months. Growth and Business plans include a 7-day free trial — cancel during the trial and you're never charged.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
All Atlas plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You are never locked into a commitment beyond the current billing cycle.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either method:
- Studio Dashboard: Open your Studio → Settings → Cancel Plan
- Billing Portal: Studio → Settings → Manage Billing → Cancel subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No phone calls, no emails, no retention offers — you're in control.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your website remains live and fully functional until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to your Studio dashboard during this time
- After the billing period ends, your site goes offline
- Your website data is retained for 90 days in case you want to resubscribe
- After 90 days, website data may be permanently deleted
4. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you've already paid for the current month, and your site stays active for the remainder of that month. We believe this is fair — you get what you paid for.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Accidental duplicate subscriptions
- Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
- Billing errors on our part

5. Free Trial Cancellation
Growth and Business plans include a 7-day free trial:
- Cancel any time during the 7-day trial and you will not be charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the monthly subscription fee
- The first charge occurs on day 8 of your subscription
- Trial periods cannot be paused, extended, or restarted
6. Promotional & Discounted Subscriptions
If you subscribed using a promotional code:
- The discount applies to the first month only (unless otherwise stated)
- Standard monthly pricing applies from the second month onward
- Cancellation and refund terms apply equally to promotional subscriptions
7. Domain Purchases
Custom domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain is registered. Domain registrations are processed through third-party registrars and are subject to their terms. This is separate from your Atlas subscription — cancelling your Atlas plan does not cancel your domain registration.
8. Resubscribing
If you cancel and later want to return:
- Within 90 days: your website data may still be available and can be restored
- After 90 days: you would need to start fresh with a new website build
- Previous promotional pricing or discounts do not carry over to new subscriptions
9. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
- We will retry the charge automatically over the following days
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Your site remains active during the retry period
- If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
